高校“双困生”现象分析和解困对策研究 被引量:9

摘要 贫困学生是当前政府和高校的热点和焦点, 而“双困生”是高校贫困生特殊群体中的又一特殊群体。本文在对高校“双困生”进行内涵界定的基础上, 分析当前高校中出现的“双困生”的主客观原因和已有解困方式存在的不足, 提出帮助“双困生”解困的对策和办法,根本意图在于加强解困工作的针对性和有效性。 Poverty students have been the major concern of the government,colleges and universities,and the bi disadvantaged students(students who are below the average both in financial status and in studies)are a special group in poverty students.Based on the definition of bi disadvantaged students,the possible cause of the phenomenon and the existing countermeasures are analyzed,and then better ways to free bi disadvantaged students from their predicament are put forward.The ultimate purpose of this research is to enhance the pertinence and efficiency of aiding the bi disadvantaged students. Key words:Bi disadvantaged students;Predicament freeing;Countermeasure interconnector of solid oxide fuel cell, La 1-x Ca x CrO 3( x =0 0~0 5) were prepared by sol gel method. The crystal structures of La 1-x Ca x CrO 3 at room temperature are the orthorhombic perovskite GdFeO 3 type. XPS analysis indicates that chrome ions are in different valence state. The introduction of Ca 2+ into the lattice induces the oxidation of Cr 3+ to Cr 6+ . With x increasing, the amount of Cr 6+ increases. The present of the more Cr 6+ is one of the important factors that effect electric conductivity of La 1-x Ca x CrO 3.
