摘要
集成柔性综合检测站（ＩＦＣＭＳ） 是一个可以完成多种检测功能的综合检测系统⒀它包含三个伺服控制单元和两种四个光电检测单元等多个子系统， 每个子系统分别由一个单片机控制，用来完成各种不同的检测任务⒀完成了主机与８０５１单片机的硬件接口电路设计和串行通讯方式的软件设计⒀实际运行证明了提出方法的有效性和可靠性。
The Integrated Flexible Composite Measurement Station (IFCMS) is a composite measurement station which has many kinds of measurement functions. It is composed of several subsystems, such as three servo control units and four photoelectric detecting units of two kinds. Each subsystem is separate under the control of one SCM for accomplishing different measurement tasks. This paper has fulfilled the design of hardware interface circuits and serial communication software, the effectiveness and reliability of the method presented have certified by means of practical operation. This sets the foundation of data collection and processing of control system in Integrated Flexible Composite Measurement Station.
