摘要
制备了HDPE/PA共混物并研究了其毛细管流变性能 ,并着重讨论了不同共混物配比对流变性能、熔体弹性效应的影响。实验表明 :HDPE/PA共混物 ,当PA含量增加 ,其粘度对剪切速率的敏感性下降。在剪切速率小于 40 0h·s- 1时最为明显。共混比为 65/ 3 5时 ,膨胀比最大。
The capillary rheological properties of HDPE/PA blending are studied.The effets of PA phase acting at HDPE/PA blendings rheological properties are also theoretically examined. These results are hopefully to be the basis for the research on HDPE/PA blending. The experimental results demonstrate that the sensitivity of viscosity for the blending HDPE/PA, with respect to the shearing-rate lowers when the quantity of PA increases. This phenomenon becomes more evident when the shearing rate is smaller than 400 h·s -1 . The expansion ratio of this blending attains its maximum value at the blending ratio of 65/35.
