摘要
在自由基引发剂的存在下合成了马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯聚合物 ,研究了添加剂种类、用量对接枝反应的影响 ,测定了接枝物的接枝率及熔体的熔融指数。结果表明 :合成过程中少量己内酰胺的加入 ,在不明显降低接枝物接枝率的情况下可以明显改善接枝物的熔体粘度 ,提高了接枝物的流动性能。
The copolymer(MAH g PE) is prepared by the reaction of the grafting malaic anhydride onto polyethylene using DCP as initiator in presence of additive. The crosslinking reaction is inhibited and the crosslinkage degree is decreased in the presence of CALA. The graffing rate and melt index of MAH g PE are investigated. It shows that CALA could decrease crosslinkage degree of the copolymer and improve the flowing property of the melt.
