摘要
借助于电子显微镜观察了碳纤维复合材料切削表面 ,介绍了实验分析过程。结果表明 :碳纤叠层板的切削表面加工质量与纤维方向角有关 ,并定量描述了这种关系 ,为进一步研究这种材料的切削过程 ,改善加工质量提供基础。
We have investigated the cutting surface of the carbon fibre reinforced composite material by using electronic microscopic scanning. The experiment process and results are descried. It reveals that the surface quality is relerant to the fibre direction. The quantilative relationship is delivered. Some insight for improving the drilling suface quality is proposed.
