摘要
为解决涤纶DTY纺丝卷装成形中经常遇到的质量问题 ,对FK6 90 0型拉伸变形卷装机机构原理进行了分析 ,找出了常见故障及产生的原因 ,并提出了相应的处理方法。其结果对稳定拉伸变形工艺、提高产品质量起到良好的作用。
In order to solve the quality problems of winding package of DTY of Dacron,the winding mechanism principle of FK6-900 draw textureing machine is analysed. Based on the principle, the reasons of winding' stoppage are discussed and find the methods that the stoppage are solved.The result is importance for stabilizing drawing process and increasing product quality.
