通过重量法和紫外光谱法得到了柞蚕厚茧层和薄茧层丝胶含量的分布 :中间层<外层 <内层。厚茧层蚕茧各层的丝胶含量均低于薄茧层相对应各层的丝胶含量。为薄茧层的蚕茧易解舒、厚茧层的蚕茧难解舒理论提供了新的依据。

The distribution of sericin content in thick tussah cocoon layer and in thin tussah cocoon layer are obtained by weighing and ultravided spectrometer methods. The sericin content in middle layer is lower than that in outer layer. Meanwhile, the sericin content in outer layer is lower than that in inner layer. The sericin content of every layer in thick cocoon layer is lower than that in thin cocoon layer respectively. This result provides a new basis that the cocoon of thin cocoon layer is easy to be reeled, and the cocoon of thick cocoon layer is difficult to be reeled.
