LCT铜合金的研制及在压铸模压射头上的应用

Application of LCT Copper Alloy on Plungers of Die Casting Mould

研制了一种新型ＬＣＴ 铜合金，研究了这种ＬＣＴ 铜合金的各项性能，结果表明，ＬＣＴ 铜合金各项性能优于传统压铸模压射头材料的，用于压铸模压射头，可使其寿命明显提高。

A new kind of LCT copper alloy is developed. The properties of LCT copper alloy are studied. The results show that the properties of LCT copper alloy have more advantages than that of traditional materials of plungers of die casting mould and the life span of LCT plunger is longer than that of the traditional plunger materials.
