摘要
首先讨论了绿色企业的定义并阐述了绿色企业在现代社会中的意义和作用， 结合我国的实际情况提出了４条建设绿色企业的建议， 最后展望了绿色企业在我国的前景。
Firstly, the importance of green enterprise in modern society is discussed. Secondly four suggestions on how to establish green enterprise in China are given, based on the actual technical and economical situation in China. Finally, the future perspective of green enterprise in China is explored.
