基于复杂适应系统理论的合作研发项目管理模式研究

Management Model of Collaborative R&D Project based on Complex Adaptive System Theory

结合当前复杂性研究成果与合作研发项目特征,本文从多样性、非线性、适应性和整体性四个主要方面剖析了其复杂性根源。在此基础上,根据复杂适应系统理论的基本思想,探讨了合作研发项目的复杂适应系统特征,构建了项目系统概念模型,并阐述了模型的基本结构。最后,针对合作研发项目的复杂现实,本文提出了合作研发项目动态递进管理模式。

Combined the current research of complexity with the unique characteristics of cooperative RD project,the origin of complexity of cooperative RD projects is analyzed from four main aspects： diversity,non-linear,adaptive and holistic.Then,in the light of the thinking of complex adaptive system theory,this paper analyzes the complex adaptive features of cooperative RD project,builds a conceptual model of project system,and also explains the basic structure of the model.Finally,in view of the complex reality of cooperative RD project,this paper puts forward the dynamic progressive management model of cooperative RD project.
