不同退火工艺下Ti-IF钢二相料演变的比较 被引量:4

摘要 对罩式退火和连续退火过程中TiIF 钢二相粒子的演变规律进行了研究,结果表明:在退火以前形成的二相粒子,TiN、TiS和Ti4(CS)2 经过罩式退火和连续退火后,其尺寸、形状和分布无较大的差别,而TiC的变化较大;TiIF钢在连续退火中不形成新的相粒子,而在罩式退火中形成两类新的二相粒子—FeTiP和(Ti,Mn)S. 这是首次报道有关FeTiP 相在含P、Mn 较低(P≤0 .01 % , Mn<0 .2 % ) 的TiIF钢中析出,以及Mn 以(Ti,Mn)S相的形式在罩式退火过程中析出. 文章还研究了这两种新相的相结构以及卷取温度对FeTiP相析出的影响. The development of second phase particles in IF steels with different annealing processes, namely batch annealing (BA) and continuous annealing (CA), is investigated. The results show that the morphology of second phase particles forming before annealing, such as TiN, TiS and Ti 4(CS) 2, change little in both annealing processes, but TiC behaves differently between BA and CA. In CA, there is not a new kind of precipitate, but two new kinds of second phase particle, FiTiP and (Ti, Mn)S, precipitate in BA. It has been rarely reported so far that FeTiP precipitates and Mn exists in (Ti, Mn)S form in IF steel with low P (≤0.01%) and low Mn (<0.2%) during BA. Meanwhile, the structure of two phases is studied, and the effect of coiling temperature on FeTiP precipitation is also discussed.
