C反应蛋白、低密度脂蛋白与2型糖尿病患者血管病变关系研究 被引量:1

The relation in serum CRP、LDL-C and type 2 diabetic patients with vascular disease

摘要 目的探讨血浆CRP、LDL-C与2型糖尿病患者血管病变关系。方法用自动生化分析仪对182例2型糖尿病患者和50例正常对照组进行血清C反应蛋白和血脂含量的检测。结果 2型糖尿病患者血清CRP、LDL-C明显升高,与健康对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2型糖尿病患者组CRP及LDL-C明显升高的患者发生大血管及微血管病变并发症率明显高于CRP及LDL-C正常的患者,差别有统计学意义。结论 CRP与LDL-C测定在预测2型糖尿病血管疾病并发症中具有重要的临床应用价值;2型糖尿病患者多合并LDL-C升高,提示患动脉粥样硬化的风险大。 Object Discussion the relation in serum CRP,LDL-C and type 2 diabetic patients with vascular disease.Methods To test the serum C-reactive protein and lipid in 182 patients with type 2 diabetes patients and 50 normal controls by automatic biochemical analyzer.Results The CRP、 LDL-C was significantly higher in type 2 diabetic patients,Compared with the healthy control group,The difference was significant(P0.05).In patients with type 2 diabetes,the significantly higher CRP and LDL-C group with vascular and microvascular disease complication rate was significantly higher than the normal CRP and LDL-C group,The difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusions Determination of CRP and LDL-C has important clinical value in predicting complications of vascular disease in type 2 diabetes patients;The LDL-C significantly higher in many patients with type 2 diabetes,and the higher LDL-C increased the risk of atherosclerosis.
