摘要
本文针对不同纤维长度和体积含量的Al2O3SiO2sf/ZL109复合材料,研究了在干摩擦和油摩擦下垂直和平行于纤维磨面的摩擦磨损行为,结果表明,纤维取向、长度及体积含量都是影响复合材料摩擦磨损性能的重要因素。
In view of Al2 O3 Si O2sf/ Z L109 com posites of different length and content of short fibers,the dry and oil friction w ear behaviors of the surfaces paralleled and norm al to the fibers are investigated. The results show that the orientation, length and volum e fraction of short fibers are all the im portant fac tors affecting the friction w ear properties of Al2 O3 Si O2sf/ Z L109. The m atrix alloy is m ore subject to exter nal load on com pared w ith the com posites.
