摘要
某群体工程在地下车库与相邻建筑物主体已施工完毕的情况下,毗邻地下车库和已建建筑进行地下机房的施工。因地下水位较高,相邻建筑物基础埋深较浅,地下土质较差等不利因素制约,本工程采用垂直外模复合微型桩与土钉联合支护技术,结合管井和轻型井点降水,保证了该工程的顺利实施。论文结合工程实例,就上述制约条件下基坑支护方案设计、施工及监测等问题进行阐述和分析。
In the case of the underground garage and the construction of adjacent buildings has been completed,the new building which adjacent with underground garage and the construction buildings would be builted.Due to high water,shallow depth of the adjacent building foundations,underground soil is poor,and other unfavorable factors,the project apply micro-steel pile and soil nailing technology,combined with tube well and well point dewatering,which led to the project have been implementated.Based on research results of this project,this paper has provided an across-the-aboard analysis and study on deep excavation retaining from the aspects of design,construction and monitoring.
