摘要
考虑到准粒子的有限寿命和粗糙界面散射效应,运用Bogoliubov- de Gennes (BdG)方程和Blonder- Tinkham - Klapw ijk(BTK)理论模型,计算正常金属 d 波超导隧道结中的微分电导和态密度。
Taking into account rough interface scattering and finite quasiparticls lifetime effects, using Bogliubov-de Gennes (BdG) equations and Blonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk (BTK) model, We calculate the differential conductance and density of states in normal-metal-d-wave superconductor junction, the deviation between theory and experiment can be explained very well.
