摘要
为了确定应用颅骨外冷冻方法造成大鼠脑冻伤,从而导致血管源性脑水肿的最佳温度及时间,选用了- 60、- 80 及- 196℃三个冷冻温度及 1、2、3、4m in 四个冷冻时间冷冻大鼠一侧大脑。结果发现采用- 196℃冷冻1m in 的脑冻伤模型大鼠脑水肿明显,此法操作简单,动物死亡率低。
In order to find out the most suitable treatment temperature and time for establishing a rat model of coldinduced vasogenic brain edema,three temperatures (-60℃、-80℃ and -196℃) and four time(1、2、3、4 minutes) were used.The brass cup,filled with acetone,at the temperature of -60℃、-80℃ and -196℃ was put directly on one side of the rat bony skull resoectuvekt.The results of microscopic and electromicroscopic examinantions revealed that frost at -196℃ for 1 minute.can induce rat brain edema obviously and easily with low mortality.
