摘要
用弓形虫可溶性抗原免疫ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ 小鼠，取脾细胞，与Ｓｐ２／０ 细胞融合，获得３ 株能稳定分泌抗弓形虫单克隆抗体的细胞。细胞培养上清液和腹水中的单克隆抗体效价分别为１∶１６ ～２５６ 和１０ － ６ ～１０ － ７ 。单抗类型均为ＩｇＭ。杂交瘤细胞经液氮冻存１２ 个月后，复苏生长良好，分泌活性稳定。在ＭｃＡｂ－ Ｄｏｔ－ ＥＬＩＳＡ 实验中，所能测出可溶性抗原的最小浓度为１０ ｎｇ／
? Three hybirdoma cell lines secreting monoclonal antibodies were raised by fusing of Sp2/0 cells with spleen cells of BALA/c mice immunized with the antigens of Toxoplasmosis. The titer of McAbs in culture supernatant and AF were 1∶16～256 and 10 -6 ～10 -7 seperately by ELISA,all of McAb were IgM class.The cell lines were preserved in liquid nitrogen for 12 months without any loss in immune reactivity.
