摘要 研究性教学是一种基于问题的教学形式,其主要特点包括教学内容的系统性和前瞻性、教学方法和手段的多元性、教学进程符合认知规律性、教学环节的开放性和互动性。研究性教学的本质涵义要求教师必须具备组织管理能力、调控协调能力、统筹全局能力和科学研究能力。在研究性教学中,教师既是教学活动的组织者和参与者、教学流程的设计者和指导者,又是教学情境的创设者和课程资源的开发者。 Research-oriented teaching is a teaching form based on problems and its basic elements include the systematicity and predictability of teaching content, the plurality of teaching method and means, the conformity to the cognitive law of teaching process as well as the openness and interactiveness of teaching steps. The nature of research- oriented teaching requires teachers to be equipped with the ability of organization and management, the ability of regulation and coordination, the ability of taking the whole into account and the ability of conducting the scientific research. In the research-oriented teaching, teachers are the organizers and participants of teaching activities, the designers and guides of teaching process, the creators of teaching situation and the developers of curriculum resources.
