摘要
用SDSPAGE 电泳分析和生物测定方法研究了过氧化氢(H2O2) 和羟自由基(·OH)对苏云金芽孢杆菌( Bacillus thuringiensis) 伴孢晶体的损伤作用。结果表明,这两种活性氧对伴孢晶体均有一定程度的损伤作用,这种损伤作用与活性氧的浓度成正相关,并且·OH 对伴孢晶体的损伤作用明显强于H2O2 。
The effects of hydrogen peroxides(H2O2)and hydroxyl radicals(·OH)on the purified parasporalcrystalsfrom Bacillusthuringiensisvar. Kurstaki HD 1 werestudiedby SDS PAGEand bioassay.Theresultsshowed thatto some extent H2O2 and ·OHproduced a direct and deleterious effect. Hydroxylradicalsfrom the system Fe( Ⅱ) EDTA H2O2indicated more serious damagethan hydrogen peroxides. There was a 44-5 % loss in activity against 12 h old larvae of Heliothis armigera when parasporalcrystals weretreated with 0-3 % H2O2 only. However,85-2 % activity lost when parasporalcrystals weretreated with 0-3% H2O2in thepresenceofiron( Ⅱ) and EDTA.
