摘要
正常雌、雄性大鼠各15 只,采用快速循环伏安法分别测定在不同电刺激条件下、刺激大鼠内侧前脑束引起尾状核壳核复合体多巴胺的释放量。结果:电刺激大鼠内侧前脑束引起的尾状核壳核复合体多巴胺的释放无明显的性别差异而尾状核壳核复合体多巴胺释放量与刺激内侧前脑束的电流强度、脉冲数与脉冲频率明显相关。结果提示:研究电刺激大鼠内侧前脑束引起尾状核壳核复合体多巴胺释放可不考虑性别差异,最适电刺激参数为: 电流强度= 800 μA,刺激脉冲数= 40,刺激脉冲频率=60
Normal male(n=15) and female(n=15) Sprague Dawley rats were studied by using FCV in vivo to monitor dopamine release in the caudate putamen(Cpu) following electrical stimulation of the medial forebrain bundle(MFB) with different electrical parameters. There was no sexual difference of dopamine release in the Cpu following electrical stimulation of the MFB, but significant correlation was seen between the amount of dopamine release and the stimulus intensity, number of pulses in the train and frequency. The conclusion is: sexual difference need not to be taken into account when monitoring dopamine release in the Cpu following electrical stimulation of the MFB. The most suitable stimulatory parameters should be: stimulus intensity at 800 μA, number of pulses in the train at 40 and the frequency at 60 Hz.
