摘要
在市场供需不平衡,施工企业处于弱势的情况下,工期和造价是长期困扰施工企业的两大难题。针对这方面的问题,分析了形成这两大难题的原因及其对工程质量的影响,提出了解决难题的措施建议。
under the environment of seller＇s market and the inferior position of construction enterprise, the project time limit and the cost are two difficulties for a long time for construction enterprise. The reason of two difficulties and its effect to engineering quality was analyzed, and suggested measurements for the difficulties resolving was proposed.
