摘要
某矿区大直径筒仓工程滑模施工,采用中心井架支撑环形辐射操作平台方法,既满足仓壁滑模施工的需要,又解决了仓顶结构施工的支撑问题。结合该工程实例,对其直径为30m的筒仓滑模施工中心井架的受力情况进行了分析,并利用ANSYS软件中的有限元理论,对中心井架的可靠性做了进一步的分析和验证。
For large-diameter silo slip form construction project, supported b y central circular radiation derrick platform approach, both to meet the needs of warehouse wall slip form construction, but also solved the problems of the warehouse roof support when construction. This paper conducted a stress analysis on the center derrick of 30m diameter silo during slip form construction, and using the finite element theory in ANSYS software to analysis and validate the result.
