摘要
控制数量性状的多个基因间不仅存在加性效应,还存在非等位基因间的互作。对一个舢粳交后代的加倍单倍体群体进行花药培养,通过Epistat软件分析影响水稻花药培养力的数量性状基因座位间的互作。结果表明,愈伤组织诱导率主要受两个单基因的影响,不存在双基因条件型互作,但有2对互适型互作与其有关。对于绿苗分化率,有1个单基因,2对条件型互作和4对互适型互作与其有关。对于白苗分化率检测到1个单基因,1个条件型互作和2个互适型互作。而非等位基因间的互作是控制绿苗产率的主要形式,其中有3对条件型互作和11对互适型互作,分布于除染色体5以外的11条染色体上。因此,对一些复杂的数量性状进行基因定位时,不可忽视非等位基因间互作的存在。
Epistasis, or interactions between nonallelic genes is an important factor thataffects polygenic quantitative traits except additive effects. The interactions betweenquantitative traits loci(QTL) for anther culturability were identified and tested throughanther culturing a doubled haploid population derived from an indica (ZYQ8) and ajaponica (JX17) cross by Epistat program. The callus induction frequency was mainlycontrolled by two single gene effects with two coadaptive interactions and withoutconditional interation. Two conditional and four coadaptive interactions were identifiedfor green plantiet differentiation frequency with a single gene effecL For albinoplantlet differentiation frequency, a single gene effect a conditional and two codaptiveinteractions were found. While green plantlet yield frequency was mainly controlled byinteractions between nonallelic genes including three conditional and eleven coadaptiveinteractions distributing over 11 chromosomes except chromosome 5. Therefore, theinteractions between QTLs can not be omitted for better understanding of the geneticbasis of complex quantitative traits.
