摘要
从光叶马鞍树( Maackiatenuifolia (Hemsl.) Hand._Mazz.) 根乙醇浸膏的二氯甲烷捏溶部位分离得到13 个成分,经光谱方法确定了它们的结构。其中化合物1 ~3 为新化合物,分别为(2R,3R)_2′,4′_dihydroxymaackiaflavanonol(1) 、maackiaphenone (2) 、4_(1,2_dimethyl_2_propenyl)_1 ,3_dihydroxybenzene (3) 。其余为已知化合物:euchrenone a7(4)、maackiaflavanonol(5)、l_medicarpin (6) 、fomononetin (7) 、di_O_methyldaidzein (8) 、genistein (9) 、7_drimen_11_ol (10)、methyl_3,4,5_trimethoxycinnamate (11) 、β_sitosterol(12) 和piceatannol(13) ,其中除化合物5、7 和8 外。
Three new compounds (2R,3R)_2′,4′_dihydroxymaackiaflavanonol (1), maackiaphenone (2), 4_(1,2_dimethyl_2_propenyl)_1,3_dihydroxybenzene (3) along with ten known compounds euchrenone a 7 (4), maackiaflavanonol (5), l_medicarpin (6), fomononetin (7), di_O_methyldaidein (8), genistein (9), 7_drimen_11_ol (10), methyl_3,4,5_trimethoxycinnamate (11), β_sitosterol (12), piceatannol (13), were isolated from the CH 2Cl 2_soluble portion of the ethanolic extract of the roots of Maackia tenuifolia (Hemsl.) Hand._Mazz. (Leguminosae). Their structures were established by spectroscopic methods. All the compounds except 5, 7 and 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
