摘要
随着时代的发展,管理理念亦需不断完善。单纯强调人在组织中起决定作用的"人本管理"思想已不能更好地适应时代的发展。管理的最终使命是合适的人在适合的岗位上做正确的事,实现人与事的能级匹配,树立并推行能本管理思想。从"能本管理"的发展历程出发,分析"能本管理"的要素及实践方法,并对海尔集团的"能本管理"实例加以借鉴,对于企业推行"能本管理"及提升企业的市场竞争力具有良好的现实及借鉴意义。
With the development,management concepts should also be improved.The " human-based management" which simply focus on the people in the organization play a decisive role can not be better to adapt the development.The ultimate mission of management is to manage the right people in the right positions to do the right things,to achieve the energy level of people and things matching,and establish and implement the ability-based management thought.This paper begins from the "ability-based management",and analies the" ability-based management" of the elements and practices.It also draws on the Haier Group instance of " ability-based management",and these can provides practical and good reference for enterprises to implement " ability-based management" and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.
