Discussion on Project Management as a New Direction for the Development of Business Management

结合目前我国企业管理的现状和发展要求,在企业管理的创新内容、方法等方面进行分析探讨,结合企业管理创新的相关的元素、发展趋势和经营环境等因素的需要,指出项目管理是企业管理创新发展的新方向,界定企业项目管理的概念,研究其特点,并提出企业项目管理的系统模式,对企业管理创新实践具有指导意义。

This paper combined with the current situation of business management and development requirements.The innovation in the enterprise content management,study methods,analysis,combined with business management related elements of innovation,trends and business environment factors such as the need to raise questions about corporate governance in China innovative ideas.This article pointed out that the development of project management is the new direction of business management.Then,it defines the concept of enterprise project management,researches its characteristics,and proposed the mode of enterprise project management systems.This paper aims enterprise project management practices with guidance.
