摘要
分析了一起因加工用盐中微量杂质引起肠衣出现斑点的原因, 同时提供了一种简便易行的消除斑点的方法。
The reason for the sport on casing ,induced by a low level of inpurities in the salting NaCl,is analysed.A simple and effective way for eliminating sport is also introduced.
