介绍一种适用于绝大多数食品类乳液及乳制品中主要营养成分( 包括脂肪、蛋白质、总游离氨基酸) 的简便、快速分离测定方法,并与标准法对照进行实际样品分析。
The article reviews a simple and rapid method for separation and determination of major nutritive component includes fat, protein and total free amino acid in milk and dairy products. The method has been applied to analysis of the sterilized milk and sterilized bean milk with good results.
