基于DNA进行自我-非我识别的人工免疫系统

摘要 人工免疫系统试图通过串配对运算来区分自我与非我,通过配对自身的串来从随机串中选出特定的串。基于DNA的计算机提出解决一些复杂问题的办法,这些办法基于沃森-克里克的A-T、C-G互补配对规则,这与在一般计算机上的解决办法是决然不同的。因此,通过沃森-克里克互补配对规则,一个核苷酸将与那个与它配对的最多的核苷酸进行绑定。本论文描述了一种实施人工免疫系统进行基于DNA的自我-非我识别的算法,它利用了DNA杂交反应固有的配对模式和在DNA杂交中找到的天然的相似性观念。
