摘要
在机械制造中,有许多机械零件要求配合紧密、定位准确,并可以任意装拆而不影响原来的精度,因此广泛采用圆锥面(圆锥孔和圆锥体)作为配合表面。转动小滑板车削圆锥零件是普通车床加工圆锥体最常见的方法。锥度的加工精度除了要保证其尺寸精度、形位精度和表面粗糙度外,还要保证其角度的精度要求。本文对实际工作中总结出转动小滑板车削圆锥在短时间内校准高精度圆锥锥角的技术做一下探讨。
In mechanical manufacturing, a lot of mechanical parts requirement, accurate positioning coordinate closely, and can be arbitrary installation without affecting the original precision taper surface, therefore, widely used (taper cone) as the coordination and surface.Making taper eomponets by pulley is a usual practice for common lathe. The processing precision taper except to ensure the precision and accuracy of the sur- face roughness and the Angle, but also guarantee the accuracy. This paper is to explore the technology and the skills of making high definition taper angle in a limited time by pulley.
