摘要
本文用竞争性的ELISA对厦门市肉联厂屠宰生猪盐酸克仑特罗的残留量进行了检测,对54批5428头屠宰生猪按3％～5％的比例进行抽样检测,共检了197头,检测结果表明,盐酸克仑特罗残留量超标者为81头,占总检测屠宰生猪量的41.12％,特别是来自龙岩地区的生猪,其盐酸克仑特罗残留量超标的为78.95％。由此可见,对屠宰生猪盐酸克仑特罗残留量的检测迫在眉睫。
In the paper, salhutamol was delected by competitive ELISA in urine of 197 slaughtered pigs which were taken randomly from Xiamen Meal Packing Plant. 81 urine sample showed positive reaction.The positive rate of suibuluniol was 41. 12%. Specially the positive rale of salhutamol remainder of pigs from Longyan area was 78.94% .
