摘要
以双液相菜籽粕脱除甲醇,工业菜籽粕脱除己烷为例,将理论级概念引入饼粕脱溶过程。交替使用物料平衡和吸着平衡方程,可计算得到所需理论级数,以及进出各理论级各股物料的流率和浓度。可供选择工艺操作条件,寻找主要影响脱溶的因素,比较过程优劣,设备效率等等参考。
Taking the solvent-removal process of two-phase extraction rapeseed meal and commercial rapeseeed meal as an example,the theoretical stage concept was introduced to processing the solvent-removal.Using mass-balance equations and sorption equalibrium equations alternately,the necessary number of the theoretical stages and the folw rates and concentrations of mass folwing into or from the theoretical stage can be calculated.All of the information obtained would be useful for the selection of the operating conditions of the solvent-removal technology,looking for the main factors affecting the solvent-removal process,comparing the efficiency of the processes and equipments used etc.
