随着我国现今葡萄酒市场的发展到了白热化阶段,在酿造方面,操作简便和自动化的工艺流程已成为新趋势。针刈这个趋势及传统的葡萄浸提工艺,TMCI Padovan公司设计了特别的红葡萄热浸提系统,即通过对红葡萄加热,连续提取颜色的工艺技术。
In light of the new trend for red wine, a new continuous process for the color extraction of red grapes through heating has been launched recently. In this article, we discuss the reason for using thermomaceration and how the new processing rnethod fulfills the determining criteria for high quality wine production.
