Investigation on the After-sale Service of Medicines from 2005 to 2009 between City and Countryside in Hainan Province

目的:通过分析海南省药品售后服务的现状,探讨如何建设药品售后服务,保障百姓用药安全。方法:对连续5年的海南省城乡药品售后服务调查数据进行分析。结果:海南省药品售后服务体系已建立,人员素质虽然已经提高,但服务却存在缺口,药品售后服务应与药品质量一同被关注。结论:通过政府措施提高药品售后服务,使百姓受益。

Objective： It is discussed in the paper that how to establish after-sale service of medicines and ensure the safe use of medicines based on the analysis of the current status of after-sale service of medicines in Hainan province. Methods：Upon the five-year data analysis of the investigated after-sale service of medicines between city and countryside in Hainan province. Results： The drug after-sales service system of Hainan province had established, all though the quality of personnel has improved, but the quality of service still need to be improved,drug after-sales service should be accounted as important as drug quality. Conclusion： Drug after-sales service should be improved by government＇s measures to benefit the people.
