摘要以CPM网络计划技术为基础,引用英美法判例,论证CPM网络进度计划中时差的归属及其应用,有助于从事工程项目技术和管理工作的人员更好地理解和掌握CPM网络进度计划,利用时差优化和控制进度计划,从而提高工程项目的管理水平。
