摘要
用热风干燥实验,研究了鲜香菇的干燥脱水特性,提出了合理的鲜香菇热风干燥工艺的技术参数,为工业化鲜香菇干燥脱水生产提供了参考依据。
Test of warm airflow drying were made, and dehydration properties of fresh mush-room were researched. The optimal drying parameter, which can be for the reference of industrial drying of fresh mushroom, has been obtained.
