介绍了籽粒苋的营养成分的特点,指出将籽粒苋与普通谷物混合制成食品,不仅能增加制品的营养成分,还可以优化蛋白质质量。同时列举了国内外各类籽粒苋食品。
This article introduces the nutrition features of amaranth, and Points out that the food made of the mixture of amarath and cereal is higher in nutrition and better in protein quality. It also introduces the amaranth-based food at home and abroad.
