摘要
论述了知识经济的特征，分析了当前我国知识产权保护的现状和存在的问题，并提出了相应的改革建议。
The characteristics of intellectual economy are studied in this paper. The status of Intellectual property and Problems of exiting in intellectual property are analyzed and corresponding suggestions about the reformation are put forward.
