Trial Report of Feeding Animals with Detoxicated Rapeseed Cake Sauce

用去毒菜籽饼酱胚进行大白鼠亚急性毒性试验，其结果对动物生长发育及饲料进食量无明显影响，且随加入酱胚浓度增高，动物体重呈剂量梯度增加。对动物的脏器功能和免疫功能均无明显影响。对脏体比也无影响。

The subacute toxicities of the detoxicated rapeseed cakesauce to white mouses were tested. The results showed that it had no obvious effects on the growth and intake of the animals, the body weight were improved with the higher concentration of the sauce in the diet. Also there were no obvious influences on the gut and immunity function, as well as the rate of gut and body weights. Therefore, the detoxicated rapeseed cake sauce can be used instead of soybean in the sauce processing industry.
