技术在医学发展进程中的地位与作用是不同的;技术主体化是当代医学发展中的新趋势,其表征是多方面的;技术主化的最大负面后果,是医学目的与手段的换位,是医学理性的消解,是医学的异化;技术主体化的动力来自技术自身的潜力和对技术权力、权威的追求;扼制医学主体化的良方是医学技术的道德化。

The technology makes different position and function in medicine development. The subjectification of the technology is a new trend for contemporary medicine, which shows multiple aspect characteristics. The exchange between goals and means of medicine, dispelling of rationality of medicine and dissimilation of medicine are the most negative impact of subjectification. The motivation of suhjectification of technology came from the potentiality of technology and pursuit of power and authority. The moralization of medical technology is the best recipe of containing subjectification of technology.
