乡村医生培训满意度及原因分析

Research of Satisfactory Rate and the Reasons on Village Doctor's Training

为总结云南省边境民族地区乡村医生培训的经验,对参加培训的村医进行问卷调查并统计,发现村医学习愿望强烈,欢迎全脱产、全免费、实践性强的培训方式并因学到知识、增长了见识而对学习效果满意。村医要求有继续求学之路并希望增加课程设置,提示改善课程设置,提供学习机会是提高我省民族贫困地区村医水平的好办法。

To research advanced methods for village doctor who is working in frontier minority regions, the trainees were surveyed by self-designed questionnaire after a training and the result showed that they were pleased with full-time and free of the cost, and acquired knowledge and broaden their minds. They want more learning opportunities, practical and local courses in order to raise medical services in country.
