力图从医学证明、社会文化证明和自我认同三个维度来阐述艾滋病患者从非感染者转变成为感染者的身份转变和自我认同的过程。研究发现,在此转变过程中,艾滋病患者感染艾滋病病毒的事实让他们重新认识自我,是他们社会文化身份转变的过程。这一过程集结了各种身份确认和否认之间的较量。

This paper tries to explain the process of identification transformation and self-recognition from the non-affected people to affected HIV/AIDS patients in the medical, social and cultural dimensions. The study shows the process of the social identification changing make them re-recognized themselves. This process accumulated the competition of affirmation of reject of the identification.
