介绍了美国第一职业学位(职业博士),美国药学博士培养标准和指南,美国药学博士的职业能力、课程及药师制度;不能企图用一种类型的博士学位来满足职业性或研究型两种完全不同的市场需求。伴随社会变革,社会对高端应用型职业博士的需求将增加。

This paper briefly introduced the American first-professional degree （Professional Doctorate）, ＂U. S. Pharmaceutical Training Standards and Guidelines＂, and the professional abilities, courses and pharmacist system. It is considered that, in the doctoral education system, an attempt to train the students with only doctoral degree of research type can not meet the different market requirements for the two types of professionals who are skilled in research or application. With the social changes, there will be a greater demand for professionals with doctoral degree of application type.
