摘要
用荧光光谱法和Zeta电位法研究了十二烷基三甲基氯化铵(DTAC)的相互作用,与水解胶原蛋白及水解胶原蛋白-铬(Ⅲ)。结果表明:不同pH下,DTAC对水解胶原蛋白的荧光峰都有一定程度增强。DTAC与水解胶原蛋白主要存在静电和疏水作用。DTAC和水解胶原蛋白-铬(Ⅲ)发生更强的疏水作用,降低体系的能量。DTAC可吸附到水解胶原蛋白胶粒的表面,使水解胶原蛋白胶粒的相对正电性增加。pH>6.5时Zeta电位为-2.7(mV),随着pH的增加,Zeta电位变小趋势减小。DTAC对不同pH条件下的水解胶原蛋白及水解胶原蛋白-铬(Ⅲ)体系,都能引起构象的变化。
Interaction between dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride(DTAC) and hydrolysis collagen and hydrolysis collagen-Cr(Ⅲ)was investigated with the fluorescence spectrum and zeta potential.The results show the DTAC can produce fluorescence enhancement of hydrolysis collagen at different pH values and there are static electricity and hydrophobic interaction.There is better hydrophobic and electrostatic force about interaction between hydrolysis collagen-Cr(Ⅲ)DTAC and degrade the energy of system.DTAC can be adsorbed to surface of hydrolysis collagen and result in increasing of relative electropositivity.Zeta potential is-2.7(mV) at pH6.5 and Zeta potential diminished slower.The conformations of hydrolysis collagen and hydrolysis collagen hydrolysis-Cr(Ⅲ)can be changed by DTAC.
