关节镜治疗儿童盘状半月板损伤32例体会

Surgical treatment of children's discoid meniscus injury under guide of arthroscopy

目的探讨膝关节镜下手术治疗儿童膝关节盘状半月板损伤的疗效。方法 2005年1月～2008年1月,行膝关节镜下儿童盘状半月板损伤治疗32例(32膝),其中完全型21膝,不完全型11膝。根据术中情况分别予以盘状半月板部分切除成形术或完全切除术。结果本组全部患者均获得12～20个月(平均14.5个月)随访,术后疗效根据Ikench i评分方法:优10膝,良19膝,可3膝,优良率90.63%。结论关节镜治疗儿童盘状半月板损伤获得良好的近期疗效。

Objective To explore the effect of surgical treatment for discoid meniscus injury under guide of arthroscopy in children.Methods Arthroscopic meniscectomy was conducted in 32 children patients（32 knees） with the discoid meniscus injury from Jan.2005 to Jan.2008.Totally 21 knees were complete injury and 11 incomplete.Thirty-two cases of discoid meniscus injury were treated by arthroscopic meniscectomy or total meniscectomy.Results All patients were followed up for 12-20 months（averaging 14.5 months）.The Ikenchi scoring standard showed excellent in 10 cases,good in 19 cases,fair in 3 cases.The rate of excellent and good was 90.63%.Conclusion In children,arthroscopic treatment for discoid lateral meniscus injury can achieve good effect and it is a preferred method for discoid meniscus injury.
