摘要
利用X射线衍射技术结合差热分析实验、扫描电子显微镜观察以及电子能谱分析实验对CdSnO3 CdWO4 线性热敏电阻材料的显微组织结构(包括主晶相的组成、晶格参数、晶粒的生长形态等) 进行了深入的分析和研究, 并且讨论了该材料制备过程中的固相反应历程。
In this paper, the microstructures of the CdSnO 3 CdWO 4 linear thermistor ceramic materials, included the composition of the phases, the parameters of the crystal lattice, the shape and size of the crystal grains and so on, are been studied with the techniques of X ray diffraction, DTA, SEM and XRD Meanwhile, the solid phase reactions in the process of the ceramics making are discussed
