摘要
介绍了机械设备状态监测系统的设计思想及软、硬件设计技术。该系统将数据采集分析系统分成了在线的数据采集机、离线的分析处理机和传递数据的中继机三部分。采集机直接安装在各种工程机械上,实时记录工程机械的各种工况参数,在机械出现故障或参数越限时进行报警。
The designing idea of a condition monitoring system of engineering mechinery and the technigue of the design of its hardware and software are introduced in the paper. The system consists of three parts: on line Data Acquisition Subsystem(DAS), off line Data Processing Subsystem(DPS) and Data Transfer Subsystem(DTS). The DAS is installed on the engineering machinery to store its operating conditions data and give an alarm when it is in faull or the numerical values of its one or some condition parameters overstep the normal limits. The data stored in the DAS are transferred to the DPS for off line processing by the DTS.
