基于随机Hough变换的螺纹快速测量

摘要 提出了一种基于计算机视觉的螺纹可旋入性非接触检测技术。构造了用以检测投影作用中径的随机 Hough 变换:从螺纹两侧轮廓中各随机抽取一个点,然后根据其轴向和径向间距计算出相应的投影作用中径。实测结果证明,随机 Hough 变换的结果与螺纹的可旋入性之间存在良好的相关性,经与环规检测结果比对,检测正确率为100% 。 It is challenging to test the compatibility of a screw with efficiency and reliability. A new computer vision based technology for testing a screw is proposed in this paper. The pitch diameter,spiral angle and some other important parameters have their own influence on the orthogonal projection of screw portion. The projectional virtual pitch diameter can be used to characterize the synthetic influence of the error of screw parameters defined in axial section. The compatibility of a screw can be judged by the projectional virtual pitch diameter obtained from the Hough transform.
