The Developments of Aircraft and Spacecraft Instruments Promoted by the MEMS

摘要 主要叙述最近几年已商品化和已研制成功的微传感器与系统,对航空航天仪表发展的作用和展望。着重介绍传感器、大气数据计算机、惯性导航系统、全球定位系统和彩色液晶平板显示器等,并对仪表的几个主要部分的实际数据进行比较,说明MEMS对航空航天仪表的体积、重量、耗电功率和可靠性的影响是相当可观的。 The developments of alrelaft and spaceced instruments promoted by the MEMS are discussed. Micm sensorsand transducers, ndcro digital air data computer, micro ininertial navigation system, micro global positioning system andcolour liqUid crystal plane displayer, are mainly indriuced.They may be used in the aircraft and spacecraft instrumentsin the begining of next cense. The total weight, size andpower of the aircraft and spacecraft instrtnnents in the nearfuture would be negligible compared with that of the modernaircraft and spacecraft instruments, but the reliability ofthese instrumrnts would be highly increased.
