异时双侧睾丸扭转诊治体会 被引量：3

摘要 睾丸扭转是泌尿外科急症之一,是睾丸顺精索纵轴旋转造成睾丸血流受阻、减少或中断引起的睾丸缺血性病变,最终睾丸组织坏死,继而发生睾丸萎缩.这是临床中常见的男科急症之一,需紧急医疗干预,一般认为扭转4 h以上即可引起睾丸损伤.左右睾丸均可发生,以左侧常见,双侧相继扭转少见.河北大学附属医院2004年7月至2009年10月收治5例异时双侧睾丸扭转患者,现将其治疗过程报道如下.
